Support Program Information
Support programs are optional programs for exhibitors aimed at maximizing the effectiveness of their exhibition. You can apply through the 'Support Program Application' section within the Exhibitor Exclusive Page.
Satellite Booth
Satellite booths will be available for exhibitors, who are unable to host an actual booth in the venue due to geographical reasons or other circumstances. Exhibitors will be able to promote products or services and talk with visitors online. Rental of a basic kit for booth operation and arrangement of staff members to attract visitors and announce presentations are planned.

1. Floor map sponsorship
The first five companies or organizations will be able to display their company (or organization) names with logos and booth locations on the floor map to be distributed at the venue, seminar venue entrance, and HVAC&R Premium Lounge.

2. Virtual booth (3D) shooting to virtually expand exhibitor space
Exhibitor webpages on the HVAC&R JAPAN official website have been upgraded so exhibitors can upload videos and catalogs free of charge in the basic plan. In addition, an optional virtual booth service for photographing the booth after setup with a 3D camera (formerly called Individual VR Booths) will continue to be provided. The virtual booth is a great promotion tool in the post event.

3. Exhibitor presentation stage
A presentation space with a large screen and a minimum of 50 seats will be provided in the HVAC&R JAPAN venue. Please take advantage of this great opportunity to advertise your products or services to highly interested visitors.

45-minute slot: ¥165,000 (tax included) - Number of seats

4. Exhibitor presentation <online streaming>
We have prepared an online live distribution plan for those who have applied for a presentation to be held in the exhibition hall. Visitors can watch the live broadcast from the visitor My Page.

- Delivered on the date and time of the seminar at the exhibition hall
5. Exhibitor presentation <pre-recorded for online>
This plan allows for seminar distribution online.
We will publish recorded videos in the visitor My Page. The recording location will be provided by the secretariat.

※ Minimum number of applicants: 6 companies. The plan will only be implemented if there are 6 or more applicants.
6. HVAC&R JAPAN 2024 official website banner
We will prepare an advertising space on the official website. Please use it for PR before the exhibition.

7. Newsletter ad
An e-mail magazine will be distributed to HVAC past visitor registrants (mail magazine registrants).

8. Floor ad
You can appeal to visitors who enter from the entrance on foot.

10. Suspended banner ad in venue
You can set up a hanging banner advertisement above your own booth.
Please use it as a sign of your company's booth location at the venue.

11. Presentation stage video archive streaming
Onstage presentations during HVAC&R JAPAN will be streamed on the HVAC&R official website in the HVAC&R JAPAN post event.

12. Exhibit booth PR video shooting service
A video will be created where a reporter introduces the booth along with its specifications and products just like a TV program. The video will be released on the HVAC&R JAPAN official website and provided to the exhibitor for use as a sales promotion tool.

13. Premium Lounge and Satellite Lounge Sponsor
Lounge area will be set up for visitors. HVAC&R Premium Lounge sponsors are able to play promotional videos, set up table advertising, and conduct surveys in the internet-enabled and drink-service equipped lounge area.
